Always emerging . . .

Dan Kimball's great find circa 1970, and an even greater perspective of the emerging church the past 35 years. LINK

that was really intersting. Good article. I had a thought about some comments about "emerging" one time. "So when has the church emerged?" My simple answer is, when Jesus comes back. If we look at church organically, it will change shape and grow. If God is truly shaping and growing us, the church will change. If we are in persuit of Him not just how we see or think about Him then we will say and do differantly.

I totally agree. When in history has change come to a stand still? When have the people of God ever arrived at their destination? What way of life has been cemented in time? The church will always change because God will always be working and creating in us.
